Prepare for the unknown and unknowable...
As CrossFit athletes, we strive for greater functionality, enhanced performance, acquired skills, and measurable results! In an effort to reach our own elite fitness it is important to recognize areas of scalability. Build your strength and learn your progressions to the top by addressing areas of difficulty head on! Learning to do a handstand is a great accomplishment, however a great place to start is inverted on a plyo box. Overhead Squats require tremendous coordination and balance through your mid-line. Take some time working on your squat form, core strength, and flexibility before you head into the unknown.
