The 2010 CrossFit Games are finally here in search of the fittest man and women in the world. Over 100 athletes will compete in the individual competition and 70 affiliate teams will compete for the title of fittest affliliate. The games will be webcast live throughout the three days of strenous competition, check out the competition here at: live.crossfit.com.

Re-testing a benchmark workout or previous WOD is a great way to check your progress and dissect your gains! Rarely have I seen a CrossFit athlete lose touch or focus, but it can happen to anyone... Self motivation can be challenging, so take the work out of it and look for your strengths, weaknesses to work on, and recognize improvements when you repeat. Use your numbers as a tool to fuel your practice points and to amp up the intensity! No excuses, the numbers don't lie!
